All hotels guarantee good public transport connection to the congress venue – Klinikum rechts der Isar.
Please feel free to choose a hotel from the list according to your individual needs. Your hotel booking can be done together with your registration to the congress.

Booking conditions & Cancellation policy:

All room rates are quoted per night including breakfast and all taxes. Kindly note, that your booking is binding, the applicable terms & conditions will be accepted automatically.

Free cancellation of individual hotel bookings is available until 23 September 2010 (Exception Hotel München Palace: until 24 June 2010) at the latest. Late cancellations or non arrivals might be charged with up to 100% of the booked services. At any time, INTERPLAN AG and the hotel will do their very best to resell the hotel room and therefore avoid cancellation costs.

All hotel booking must be guaranteed, either by

a.) forwarding full credit card details (card number, validity, card holder, CVC)
Guarantees will be accepted by Visa, Master or American Express cards
Booking and card holder must be identical
The accommodation amount is due upon arrival. Nevertheless, the hotels reserve the right to either charge or authorize the amount in question in advance, but not before expiration of the free cancellation deadline.
The credit card information will be forwarded to the hotel in question.

b.) forwarding a full deposit payment via bank transfer
You will receive a payment information including the relevant bank details in due time after your online booking.

With your booking you agree to all stated terms and conditions. Any refund due to cancellation will be paid after the congress.
